Grilled Vegetable Flatbread with Smoked Almond Muhammara

Ingredients
- 4 oz of roasted red bell peppers
- 1 slice of grilled sourdough bread, chopped
- 1 oz of smoked almonds
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of water
- 1 tsp garlic granulates
- 1 oz of zucchini, sliced
- 1 oz of bell peppers, chopped
- 1 oz of red onions, sliced
- 2 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh mint
- 1 tortilla wrap
Directions/Instructions:
- Add muhammara ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth
- Grill the vegetables for 3 minutes on each side
- Heat up tortilla and spoon over muhammara
- Top with grilled vegetables, sprinkle with fresh parsley, mint and paprika
