Vegetable Pajeon (Korean Scallion Pancakes with Vegetables)

  • 7 oz of zucchini, peppers and carrots - all cut into strips
  • 3 tbsp of flour
  • 1 tbsp of potato starch
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 oz of scallions and chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper black to taste
  • ½ garlic granulates
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 egg


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix
  2. Cook pancake in a hot pan with oil for about 3 minutes on each side
