Lemon Garlic Shrimp & Polenta

Ingredients
For the polenta:
- 4 oz of polenta
- 2 1/2 cups of salted water
For the shrimp:
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 8 oz of shrimp
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp of garlic granulates
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
- The juice of a 1/4 of a lemon
- Fresh parsley
Directions/Instructions:
1 - When the salted water starts boiling, start adding the polenta slowly while mixing, and lower the heat.
2 - Cook for 3 minutes.
3 - In another pan, add oil and start by frying the shrimp.
4 - Season with salt, garlic granulates, and cayenne pepper.
5 - Cook for 2 minutes and add in the lemon juice and fresh parsley.
6 - Serve over the polenta.
