Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Cook Time: 40 minutes

Servings: 3 servings



  • 10 oz of brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp of rosemary
  • 1 oz of walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tsp of balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp of pomegranate seeds


1 - Add brussels sprouts to a baking tray and drizzle with oil

2 - Season with salt, black pepper and rosemary

3 - Cook in a hot oven, set to 375F, for about 30 minutes

4 - Take them out and toss with walnuts and balsamic glaze. Serve and top with pomegranate seeds
