Slow Roasted Tangy & Smoky Salmon

Total Cook Time: 45 minutes

Servings: 1 serving



  • 1 salmon filet (about 8 oz)
  • 2 tbsp of Tangy & Smoky Salmon Rub
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
  • Extra virgin olive oil (enough to cover the salmon)




                          1 - Preheat oven to 300 F

                          2 - Place lemon slices and salmon into a baking tray

                          3 - Season generously with the Tangy & Smoky Salmon Rub

                          4 - Pour olive oil on top, making sure the salmon is covered completely

                          5 - Roast until tender and cooked through, about 45 minutes

                          9 - When the chicken is ready, serve over the rice and top with the mango salsa
