Smashed Pickle Salad

Ingredients
For the dressing:
- 3 tbsp of sour cream
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of garlic granulates
- 1 tbsp of fresh dill, chopped
For the salad:
- 4 oz of smashed dill pickles (use a meat tenderizer of the flat side of a knife)
- 1 oz of celery, chopped
- ¼ onion, sliced
- Fresh dill
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Add all dressing ingredients to a bowl and mix well
2 - Place salad ingredients in another bowl and add in the dressing
3 - Mix well; top with fresh dill and serve
