Tangy and Smoky BBQ Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
For the chicken:
- 5 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tbsp of Smoky and Tangy BBQ Rub
For the roasted vegetables:
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 medium potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 carrot, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup of water
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Preheat oven to 375 F
2 - Season the drumsticks with the Smoky and Tangy BBQ Rub
3 - Add the vegetables to a baking dish
4 - Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and black pepper
5 - Add water, the drumsticks on top and roast for 1 hour
6 - Serve and enjoy!
