Lemon Pepper Denver Steak

Ingredients
For the steak:
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 10 oz denver steak (or cut of your choice)
- 1 tbsp of Lemon Pepper Steakhouse Rub
- 1 oz of butter
For the asparagus:
- 10 stalks of asparagus
- 1 oz of butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Season the steak on both sides with the Lemon Pepper Steakhouse Rub; let sit for 30 minutes to absorb the flavor better
2 - In a hot pan, add oil and place in the seasoned steak
3 - Cook for 3 minutes on each side, for medium well
4 - During the last minute of cooking, toss in the butter and baste the steak with a spoon
5 - Remove steak from the pan and let it sit on a plate for at least 5 minutes before cutting into it
6 - While steak is resting, prepare the asparagus: add the asparagus into the same pan and add butter and salt and black pepper
7 - Cook for 3 minutes or until asparagus is tender
8 - Serve and enjoy!
