Spiced Couscous

Ingredients
- 1 cup of couscous
- 1 cup of vegetable stock
- 1 oz of mixed nuts
- 1 oz of dried apricots
- 1 oz of dried cranberries
- 1/2 oz of raisins
- 1 tbsp of fresh parsley
- 1 tsp of Spicely Organics Ginger Ground
- 1 tsp of Spicely Organics Nutmeg Ground
Directions/Instructions:
1 - In a bowl, add the couscous and pour over the stock
2 - Cover with a plate and let it sit for 5 minutes
3 - Remove the plate and fluff couscous with a fork
4 - Now add in the rest of the ingredients and mix nicely, then serve
