Breakfast Burrito

  • ½ oz of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 thin slices of chorizo
  • 1 tbsp of refried beans
  • 1 oz of cheddar, grated
  • 1 tortilla wrap

For the sour cream sauce: 


1 - In a hot pan, add butter, and start by cooking the scrambled eggs. 

2 - Season with salt and black pepper.

3 - Cook for a minute, until ready - set aside.

4 - Mix the sour cream sauce ingredients together.

5 - Fill the wrap with the refried beans, eggs, chorizo and cheddar

6 - Roll and toast on each side. Cut and enjoy with the sour cream sauce.
