Charred Broccoli with Lemon Garlic Chili Vinaigrette

Ingredients
For the vinaigrette:
- 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of dijon mustard
- 1 tsp of honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp of garlic granulates
- 1 tsp of chili crushed
For the rest:
- 8 oz of broccoli florets
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Mix the vinaigrette ingredients together
2 - Grill the broccoli on a griddle pan, for about 10 minutes so it gets charred on all sides
3 - When ready - place broccoli in a bowl and add the vinaigrette
4 - Mix well and serve
