Father's Day Hot Dogs


Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Cook Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 3 servings



For the pickled mustard seeds:

  • ½ cup of white wine vinegar
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 oz of brown sugar
  • 2 oz of black mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp of salt

For the rest:

  • 3 hot dog buns
  • 3 all beef wieners
  • 2 cups of IPA beer of your choice
  • Red onions, sliced
  • Pickles, chopped
  • Hot sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped 


1 - In a saucepan, add the pickled mustard seeds ingredients and gently simmer for 10 minutes; set aside and let them cool down to room temperature

2 - In another saucepan, add the beer and when it starts boiling, lower the heat and add in the all beef wieners

3 - Cook for 5 minutes and transfer into a griddle pan

4 - Grill for another 5 minutes 

5 - Assemble the hot dogs
