Ginger Garlic Shrimp in Turmeric Coconut Milk Broth

Ingredients

    Serve with: 

    • Cooked rice
    • Pickled red chilies

     

      Directions/Instructions:

      1 - In a bowl, add the shrimp and season with all the spices and pour in the olive oil. 

      2Mix nicely and then cook in a hot pot for about 1 minute.

      3Now add in the coconut milk, lower the heat and gently simmer for about 10 minutes.

      4Serve with rice and pickled red chilies.
