Ginger Garlic Shrimp in Turmeric Coconut Milk Broth

- 4 oz of shrimp
- ½ tsp of granulated garlic
- ½ tsp of ginger
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- Cooked rice
- Pickled red chilies
1 - In a bowl, add the shrimp and season with all the spices and pour in the olive oil.
2 - Mix nicely and then cook in a hot pot for about 1 minute.
3 - Now add in the coconut milk, lower the heat and gently simmer for about 10 minutes.
4 - Serve with rice and pickled red chilies.
