Ingredients
- 7 oz of carrots, grated
- 1 oz of onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of granulated garlic
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp of cumin
- ½ tsp of cayenne pepper
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Add all of the ingredients to a bowl - mix nicely and serve.
