Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

  1. In a small pot, add all of the glaze ingredients and let it simmer gently on a low heat for about 2-3 minutes, until it thickens.
  2. In another pan, add vegetable oil, season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and cook them for 3 minutes on each side.
  3. For the last minute of cooking, add in the glaze and let it coat the fillets nicely.
  4. Serve with broccoli and Enjoy!
