Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups of Mixed leaves (such as spinach, arugula, beet leaves etc.)
- ¼ avocado, sliced
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ oz of parmesan, grated
- ½ oz of walnuts
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of zaatar seasoning
- ⅙ of a tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
Directions/Instructions:
- Mix the leaves with the rest of the salad ingredients.
- Season with the dressing, which is made by simply mixing all of its ingredients together.
- Serve and finish it off with parmesan and walnuts.
