Spinach Salad

  • 2 cups of Mixed leaves (such as spinach, arugula, beet leaves etc.)
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ oz of parmesan, grated
  • ½ oz of walnuts


  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of zaatar seasoning
  • ⅙ of a tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar


  1. Mix the leaves with the rest of the salad ingredients.
  2. Season with the dressing, which is made by simply mixing all of its ingredients together.
  3. Serve and finish it off with parmesan and walnuts.
