Lavender Gin & Tonic

For the infused gin:

  • 4 lemon wedges
  • 4 leaves of sage (or 1 tbsp rubbed sage)
  • 1 tsp of lavender
  • ½ cup of gin

For the rest:

  • Ice
  • Tonic water
  • Lemon slices
  • Sage leaves




                            1 - Add lemon, sage and lavender to a glass and pour in the gin; soak overnight to infuse gin

                            2 - When the gin is ready, strain into a glass and top with ice, tonic water, lemon slices, and sage leaves
