Low Country Boil

For the boil:


For the butter sauce:




                                1 - In a very large soup pot, add in water, Crab and Shrimp Rub, salt, and bay leaves

                                2 - Add in the potatoes, bring to a boil, and cook for 15 minutes

                                3 - Add in the corn and boil for another 15 minutes

                                4 - After that, add in the pork sausage, steamed lobster, and the shrimp and boil for 10 more minutes; set aside

                                5 - In a separate saucepan, melt the butter and add in the Crab and Shrimp Rub; cook for 1 minute

                                6 - Drain the water from the boil and place everything on a tray with baking paper

                                7 - Drizzle with seasoned butter; serve
