Pan Roasted Shrimp w/ Creamy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
For the roasted potatoes:
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 5 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp of garlic granulates
- ½ cup of tomato paste
- ½ cup of water
- 1 tsp of brown sugar
- 2 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of chili crushed
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Heat up oil in pan and add the shrimp
2 - Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic granulates
3 - Cook for 5 minutes and then add in the tomato paste and water
4 - Add in the brown sugar, paprika, and chili crushed; adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed
5 - Gently simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes and then serve
