Spicely Organics Strawberry Tabouli Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup of quinoa
- 1 cup of water
- A mixed bunch of parsley, mint and scallions - about ½ oz, chopped
- 1 oz of strawberries, diced
- 1 oz of cucumbers, diced
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- ¼ avocado, chopped
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper black ground
- 1 tsp of garlic granulates
- 1 oz of feta
- 1 oz of almonds
Directions/Instructions:
- Cook the quinoa, following the instructions on the package
- Add in a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
