Tofu Spring Rolls

Ingredients
For the tofu:- 2 tbsp of oil
- 10 oz of tofu, crumbled
- 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp of ginger powder
- 1 tsp of garlic granulates
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
For the rolls:
- Carrot, cut into strips
- Purple cabbage, shredded
- 3 oz of cooked udon noodles
- Rice paper sheets
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Season the crumbled tofu with cayenne pepper, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce
2 - Heat oil in a pan and cook tofu for about 5 minutes - until golden brown
3 - Assemble spring rolls per video's directions
Note: make gluten free by using rice noodles instead of udon noodles
