Asparagus Tart

Total Cook Time: 25 minutes

Servings: 3 - 4 servings

 

Ingredients

  • 1 oz of goat cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of Crème Fraîche
  • 1 tsp of sea salt
  • ½ tsp of nutmeg ground
  • 1 tsp of black pepper ground
  • 1 tsp of garlic granulates
  • 1 tsp of lemon zest
  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 8 spears of asparagus
  • 1 oz of grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley

Directions/Instructions:

  1. Add goat cheese and the egg in a mixing bowl and mix well
  2. Add in the Crème Fraîche, sea salt, nutmeg, black pepper, granulated garlic and lemon zest
  3. Whisk until it becomes thick
  4. Pour over the puff pastry sheet
  5. Arrange the spear of asparagus on top and top with parmesan & black pepper
  6. Cook in a preheated oven, set to 375F, for about 25 minutes
  7. Serve with more parmesan and fresh parsley. Enjoy!
