Asparagus Tart

Ingredients
- 1 oz of goat cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of Crème Fraîche
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- ½ tsp of nutmeg ground
- 1 tsp of black pepper ground
- 1 tsp of garlic granulates
- 1 tsp of lemon zest
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 8 spears of asparagus
- 1 oz of grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley
Directions/Instructions:
- Add goat cheese and the egg in a mixing bowl and mix well
- Add in the Crème Fraîche, sea salt, nutmeg, black pepper, granulated garlic and lemon zest
- Whisk until it becomes thick
- Pour over the puff pastry sheet
- Arrange the spear of asparagus on top and top with parmesan & black pepper
- Cook in a preheated oven, set to 375F, for about 25 minutes
- Serve with more parmesan and fresh parsley. Enjoy!
